#042: Golf Cart Saints [Podcast]

My goal this week is to talk about the process of sanctification. My good friend Dr. Ben Olson invited me to play golf with him this week and it reminded me how the spiritual life is like golf. Full of frustrations, sand traps, water hazards, and missed putts.

We’ll go through what a typical game of golf looks like for me and then relate that to the Catholic doctrine of sanctification.

Exceptional presentation!! I enjoyed your lead in Dr Marshall and the fact that it centered
around a game that many of us play. I look forward to more of the same. May be ” fishing”
may be down the road. Thank you again!

  • Rosie

Thank you Dr. Marshall. We all have our struggles-thanks for the encouragement. I needed to be reminded that the only way to overcome my struggle is to practice good habits. You are a blessing to me.

  • Karen Hornsby

Thanks, Taylor. I get ideas from your podcasts to use on my ‘Hearth & Home segment’ on local Catholic radio in Louisiana.
