The reason for this is that the traditional Christian numbering of the Psalms (as found in the Greek Septuagint and Latin Vulgate) differ from the Hebrew numbering of the Psalms. The reason for this is that Psalms 9 and 10 in Hebrew are joined together as Psalm 9 in the Greek/Latin versions. The table below should clarifying everything:
